WHO WE ARE

We are a global network of Greeks abroad. The goals of our network are:

Strengthening the ties of expatriate Greeks both with each other and with Greece

The preservation of our cultural tradition and the promotion of Greek culture in the world

Submit proposals on issues related to the Greek Diaspora

The valid information of the expatriate Greeks on issues concerning the homeland and the world

The creation of networks of democratic dialogue

The development of free thought and expression on the small and big issues of the Greek community

We are an independent, non-profit media. The Hellenic-Diaspora reports on a spectrum of social, cultural, economic and political issues with a progressive lens that centers on issues of social movements, of labor, and grassroots activism.

We began in April 2020, as a vision of journalists, writers, artists, activists and tech leaders across the Greeks abroad.

We invite you to become part of that legacy, and future by becoming a volunteer-associate.
